4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — We work with vendors that help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via SendGrid). These vendors are contractually bound to handle your data only as directed by us.
- Credit repair specialists (if applicable) — If you submit an inquiry through our Specialist Connect feature, the specialist you select receives your name, phone, and email to follow up with you. You consent to this when you submit the form.
- Legal compliance — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evolv or its users.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (e.g., financial records).
Credit report data and generated letters you upload are stored until you delete them or close your account.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls limiting who within our organization can access your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
